Excursion in oil painting
In the years between 2004 and 2006, I had the chance to work with oil painting. The expressionist painter Eva Böddinghaus (Master student of Prof. Karl Schmidt-Rottloff) offered me a place in her studio where I was able to experiment with oil painting.
This way of painting taught me a new way of seeing pictures, because I worked with large formats, and had a new experimental dialogue with the medium of oil colour.
Unfortunately I had to stop this interesting experience because
Eva Böddinghaus died in the year 2007.
